第一步：在线预订
Standard Bookings:乘车前一日 18 点（日本时间）后，我们将为您确认订单。 当日预订（乘车前 5 小时内均可）可通过线上或 LINE 完成。 若距预约接驾时间不足 5 小时的紧急预订，请通过 LINE 联系我们。
Same-Day Bookings: Reservations made up to 5 hours before the ride can be completed online or via LINE.
Last-Minute Bookings: For reservations requested within 5 hours of the pick-up time, please contact us directly via LINE.
第二步：碰面准备

For any immediate assistance, please contact our Call Center during operating hours (8:00 – 23:00 Japan Time). Support is available in Japanese, English, and Chinese.

Airport Transfer Service Guidelines (Narita & Haneda)
1. For Passengers from Airport to Accommodation
- Meeting Point: Your driver will meet you at the designated taxi or private hire car stand at the airport terminal. Due to crowding, they will contact you beforehand to confirm the exact location.
- Arrival Gate Meeting: Available for an extra fee of 2,000 JPY. Must be requested at the time of booking.
- Processing Time After Landing:
- International Flights: 60 to 90 minutes.
- Domestic Flights: 30 to 60 minutes.
- Free Waiting Time: 30 minutes after the scheduled meeting time. The service cannot be held responsible for early or late arrivals.
2. For Passengers Going to the Airport
- Check-in Guidance: Boarding procedures typically begin approximately 3 hours before departure. Early booking is recommended during high seasons.
- Pick-up Service: When heading to the airport from a designated location, 10 minutes of free waiting time is provided.

机场接驾：司机将按预约时间等候最长 30 分钟。 指定地点接驾：免费等候时长为 10 分钟。 烦请客户在预约前一日 18 点前取消行程，该时段内取消不收取任何费用。
原则上所有费用均已包含在报价内，无需另行支付高速公路通行费及停车费。
